Admin / Customer Service

  • Attend to customers promptly on enquiries i.e. products, price, delivery etc.
  • Prepare quotation in accordance to the guidelines of the operation policy ;
  • To process sales enquires by phone or email ;
  • Follow up and monitoring on all sales cases ;
  • Good in communication and ability to build rapport relationship with all levels ;
  • To maintain an organized filing system;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time ;
  • Guidance will be provided by Senior Superior with many years experience ;

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Certificates in any field.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 years working experience . Candidates in similar position with 1-2 years of working experience in the related field will have added advantage;
  • Preferably Junior Executive ;
  • Computer literate and able to work independently and responsible ;
  • Able to start work immediate or with a short notice ;
